Crunch Wrap Supreme Rating Star

If you love Taco Bell's Crunch Wrap Supreme, or what I like to call "Stopsigns", then you'll love these!!! They are delicious!!

The recipe makes 4, and of course I bought ingredients to double the recipe to make 8, thinking 1 wasn't enough for dinner, but believe me it is...they are huge!!

1 lb. Ground Beef

1 tsp. Chili Powder

1/2 tsp. Ground Paprika

1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin

Salt & Pepper

4 Large Flour Tortillas (the big ones)

4 Small Flour Tortillas

4 Tostada Shells

1/2 C. Nacho Cheese Sauce

1 C. Sour Cream

2 C. Shredded Lettuce

1 C. Chopped Tomatoes

1 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 C. Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Vegetable Oil

In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and break up meat and brown, then drain.

Add the chili powder, paprika and cumin, mix well. Season with Salt & Pepper.

To assemble:

Lay a large tortilla down on the counter, add a scoop of the meat mixture into the center, leaving a generous amount of space around the edges for folding.

Drizzle Nacho Cheese sauce over meat, then place a tostada shell on top. Spread sour cream over the shell, then top with lettuce, tomato and cheeses.

Now place a smaller tortilla on top and then fold the edges of the large tortilla in, towards the center, creating pleats.  After wrapping, quickly invert crunchwraps so that the pleated side is on the bottom and place into a pan heated with oil.

Cook one at a time until the crunchwraps are golden brown on each side.

Repeat with remaining crunchwraps.
